XtremeTerrain.com Order Cancellation and Non-Deliverable Order Policies

We allow customers to cancel orders up to the time an order ships. XtremeTerrain.com reserves the right to cancel an order if we do not have a valid physical address for shipping and are unable to contact the customer. XtremeTerrain.com reserves the right to charge a fee up to 8% for all order cancellations to assist in covering the administration costs and the fees of the credit card transactions.
