These mirrors are easy to install, and have worked well on my 89 Wrangler. Make sure that you follow the included directions. Driver's side mirror goes strait out, while the passenger side angles up higher than the driver's side mirror. It does resemble the old CJ style mirrors, working with or without doors perfectly fine. I'd read that they might whistle, and they do, but it is not that bad. Most important is that they are functional, look good, and I am legal without my hard doors. Over 60 they may move in a little to, but I have tightened them down more. Overall, they have done the job that they were bought to do.
