After much reasearch online I decided to purchase this 2 inch lift kit. I was able to install the kit easily on my 99 Cherokee in an afternoon. The only components the kit did not include were new U-bolts since in Minnesota those things rust solid, and I puchased boots for my shocks to help them last in Minnesota winters. I also used an inexpensive Craftsman coil spring compressor and I would reccomend using one even though the instructions say one is not necessarily needed.
After installation the ride height was higher than I expected, but looks perfect with 235/75/15 BFG tires on rims that are offset outward 4". I test drove the Jeep and noticed that the ride was stiffened up, and all nose-diving while braking was eliminated. I have had no wobble issues which sometimes occur with a lifted Jeep. Overall handling seems to be improved.
The people I talked to at Rubicon Express were very helpful, and they made me feel like I was important to them as a customer.
I would highly reccomend Rubicon Express to anyone looking for a lift kit.
