The steering flex joints will not last when subjected to these stresses and will soon fail. BORGESON has developed a heavy-duty telescoping shaft assembly similar to the CJ with two precision needle bearing u-joints and a vibration reducer that will handle all the torture you can give it. All the Jeep CJ and Wrangler shaft assemblies are easy to install with common hand tools and about a half hour of your time.
